These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pagefocused.com and the services provided by PageFocused (Apex Nuvex LLC, "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
PageFocused provides Google Business Profile management, local web presence services, and website build and maintenance services for local businesses. Service scope is defined by the plan you purchase.
Monthly subscription services are billed in advance each month via Stripe. One-time services are billed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@pagefocused.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
To deliver our services, you agree to provide us with manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content — including posts and review responses — before publication. We will not publish content to your profile without your review and approval.
Any website we build for you becomes your property upon full payment of the setup fee. All original content created as part of our services is owned by you. We retain no claim to your business profile, website, or content after the engagement ends.
PageFocused is not responsible for Google policy changes, algorithm updates, or any ranking fluctuations outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent 30-day billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
